It was a Hasegawa kit. Probably pretty old but fit like a dream. It looks ok. It was my first model in a couple years before my last daughter was born and I actually had a working space.
Yup, I think that's the Harrier kit I had. If I buy a model these days it's either Tamiya, Minicraft or Hasegawa. All three companies are a pleasure to build. But I haven't built a model in a couple years as I don't have the patience I used to have. At some point I have a DUKW that I may finish. Probably my favorite kit that I've built in the past 10 years is this one: http://www.wentworth-ltd.org/Enterprise/entmod1.html
That Enterprise is huge. I've never built a ship but have thought about building a sub. I think there was a cutaway model of a submarine years ago I'm sure I could still find it.
Love that Harrier. I think I might have had the same kit at one point.
